Welcome to our online store! Watch-Space provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

ARTICLE 1: PRODUCT

Watch-Space attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Watch-Space does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Watch-Space itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.


ARTICLE 2: PRICE

The indicated prices in pounds are Net, except costs carriage. Those expressed in other currencies are given as an indication. They can be changed constantly without notice, knowing that the articles will be invoiced on the basis of the prices on the order invoice. All the orders are invoiced in pounds and payable in pounds.

ARTICLE 3: PURCHASE

Browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, proceed to the checkout and you will be asked for a few details required to complete your order.

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa card, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express. All transactions are handled by Paypal, offering you a maximum of safety guarantees.

ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING

Shipping is by Colissimo International, French equivalent of British Royal Mail. All orders will be sent from our store within 48 hours, and reach your shipping address within 3 business days.

All orders are fully insured by Colissimo International and/or ourselves. Colissimo International will require the item to be signed for. In the event of no-one being able to sign for the item the Colissimo International will leave a card with instructions on how to proceed.

ARTICLE 6: GUARANTEE

Because we are an official dealer for all of our brands, all of our watches are covered by the official manufacturer's guarantee. This means you can be confident that, in the event of a malfunction, your watch will be fixed and restored to its original function quickly and efficiently by the original manufacturers.

In the event of a problem with your watch, the quickest course of action is to return the item directly to the manufacturer's service department along with your guarantee card. They will usually rectify the problem within a week, and if the watch is covered by the guarantee then it will be free of charge.

Casio watches come with a 2 year manufacturer guarantee.

For all other watch brands, the length of the guarantee is specified on the product details page.

Please note: watch guarantees do not cover accidental damage.

ARTICLE 7 : PRIVACY POLICY

Watch-Space will not pass your personal details to any third party company. Your details are kept only in connection with your order. Your payment card number is encrypted using the industry standard 128 bit SSL within the browser of your own PC, before it is sent to us via the Internet. In accordance with EU regulations we are required to inform visitors to our Web site that we use Cookies to track on-line shoppers as they browse our Store. On visiting our On-line Store, a randomly numbered tracking file (Cookie) is loaded onto your PC. This allows us to retain an anonymous identity for each shopper as they add products to their Shopping Cart. If you browse our Store and add items but do not order, the Cookie expires after 30 days.

ARTICLE 8 : RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days the 'day after' the day that the goods are received under the distance selling act from arrival of the goods to cancel your contract. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were despatched, complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. A refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation.

Return of unwanted items incur a £10.00 handling fee to cover credit card processing fees. Any postage fee paid is non refundable.

We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.

Please ensure the watch is returned to us with all the original packaging (manufacturer's manual and guarantee). When we receive the item we will issue you with a full refund or if you prefer we can offer an exchange. You should return it to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this way the delivery is insured.

ARTICLE 9 : DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Watch-Space or to products you purchase through Watch-Space shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the UK, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Watch-Space intellectual property rights, Watch-Space may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state, county or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

ARTICLE 10 : APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Watch-Space , you agree that the laws of the state of UK, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Watch-Space or its associates.
