Faultless Service.

Mostly very good but not all.
GOOD: Watch-Space: delivery time quick; pricing much lower than any other I could find. The watch: pretty strong on features; remarkably light weight. Great to have a sun-powered super-accurate watch; just hope the battery lasts better than its predecessors are reputed to have done... NOT SO GOOD: Watch-Space: it needed at least 4 emails (each pleasantly answered to find the material of the case (not described on Casio's site). Each time I was told the material of the bracelet which WAS visible on Casio's site! The watch: despite Casio's own website indicating the watch had a yachting timer... it doesn't: the countdown timer cannot start the chrono. Still no reply to my query on this from a human being at Casio a week later. Case material is plastic so I hope it stands up to sun cream/mozzie repellent which 2 cheap Casios didn't. Am I the only person who wants pressure info converted into altitude OR depth AND have a compass in the one sturdy (metal-bodied?) watch?

Great Watch and Service!.
I gave this watch as a best-man gift for my brother, and he really enjoyed it! I am living in the US and received this watch quickly after ordering it. The only thing that was worrisome is that my bank statement looked really weird from all the international transactions...so maybe putting up a warning letting people know that that might happen would be nice. But, overall, a great experience and product!
